Thompson Camel

Formerly considered a clan of Clan MacTavish, Clan Thompson is a clan in its own right. The first known appearance of Clan Thompson was that of the Thompsons of Eskdale, renowned for their fearsome border raiders.

They were infamous for their raids on the border regions between England and Scotland. Although not related by blood, the clans share a tartan: the Thompson Red Modern.
